1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NativeAstro.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. 2. Description of Service

NativeAstro.com provides personalized astrological birth‑chart reports and educational content based on the Parāśara Hora Śāstra tradition. Reports are generated algorithmically using artificial intelligence; no human astrologer is involved in the report generation process. The Site is a project of the ATRAC Institute, Switzerland.

3. User Accounts

To purchase reports or access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate others.

4. Purchases, Credits, and Refunds

When you purchase a service or product:

  • All report prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and converted to your selected currency using exchange rates with a small markup for currency risk.
  • Payments are processed through third‑party payment providers (Stripe, Wise, NOWPayments, and/or PayPal). We do not store full credit‑card details or payment credentials on our servers.
  • You may top up your wallet with funds; bonuses are applied as described on the Site. Wallet balances are non‑transferable and non‑refundable except as required by law.
  • Purchases are non‑refundable once a report has been generated and delivered. If you believe a report was not delivered due to a technical error, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase for assistance.
  • If you provide incorrect birth data and wish to regenerate the same report with corrected data within 24 hours of purchase, you may do so for 30% of the original price (see the correction policy on the Site).
  • Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), or other applicable taxes may be added to your purchase based on your billing country. Tax rates and obligations are determined by your location and applicable law.

EU/UK Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. For digital products (including astrological reports), this right expires if you explicitly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the product is delivered. By checking the consent box at checkout, you agree to immediate delivery and waive your withdrawal right accordingly.

5. Birth Data & Generated Content

  • You retain ownership of the birth data you enter. By submitting it, you grant us a license to process that data solely to generate your astrological reports and to store it for your future access.
  • The reports themselves (the generated text) are owned by NativeAstro.com. You may download, save, and print your personal reports for private, non‑commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish any report content without our prior written consent.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including but not limited to:

  • Attempting to interfere with the Site's functionality, security, or infrastructure.
  • Using automated tools (bots, scrapers, scripts) to extract content, generate bulk reports, or test security without permission.
  • Uploading, transmitting, or storing any illegal, harmful, defamatory, or abusive content.
  • Impersonating another person or entity, or providing false information.

7. Disclaimers

  • Astrological content is provided for educational, spiritual, and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind, including medical, legal, financial, tax, or psychological advice. We are not licensed financial advisors, therapists, or medical professionals. Always consult a qualified professional for matters requiring expert judgment.
  • The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the astrological interpretations, algorithms, or any other content. You use the Site at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NativeAstro.com and the ATRAC Institute, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to articles, graphics, logos, software, and the underlying code, is owned by NativeAstro.com or its licensors and is protected by Swiss and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

10. Third‑Party Links & Services

The Site may contain links to external websites, payment processors (Stripe, Wise, NOWPayments, PayPal), or other third‑party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. Your interactions with them are governed by their own policies.

11. Tax & Regulatory Compliance

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or other governmental charges that may apply to your purchase beyond those collected by us at checkout. We collect and remit VAT/GST/sales tax as required by applicable law based on your billing country. By providing your billing country, you confirm its accuracy for tax purposes.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be notified to you by email (if you have provided one) or via a notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or abuse. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately.

14. Data Protection

I process personal data (including birth data, email addresses, and payment information) in accordance with my Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to such processing. 15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. However, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also retain the protection of the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Aargau, Switzerland, provided that consumers may also bring proceedings in their country of residence in accordance with applicable law.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

Fees & Cashback

We absorb the processing fees of every payment method we offer. Because the rails cost us different amounts, we return the difference: choosing a cheaper method earns you cashback as wallet credit, and the most expensive method we offer simply shows none. Here is exactly how it works:

  • The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, plus any VAT/GST your billing country requires. We never add a surcharge for a payment method.
  • Cashback is the difference between the processing cost of the most expensive method we offer and the method you choose - the fees a cheaper rail saves us, credited back to your wallet. It is credit, not cash: spendable on reports like any other balance.
  • The checkout shows the full cost stack for the method you select (processing fees, FX, settlement) and the cashback it earns, so the math is visible before you pay.
  • Cashback is not available on purchases made with wallet credit, and we may change the fee parameters or the set of offered methods at any time; the figures shown at checkout are the ones that apply.

Partner Program (Invite & Earn)

Joining is optional and always free. When someone creates an account through your personal invite link and tops up their wallet, you earn a commission as wallet credit — 30% of their first top-up, 10% of repeat top-ups within 12 months. Here is exactly how it works:

  • Commissions are credit, not cash. They are added to your wallet automatically and logged separately from any balance you paid for. You can spend them on reports like any credit — this is the whole point: referrals turn into free reports for you.
  • Cash-out is available once your unwithdrawn referral earnings reach USD 50 (converted to CHF at the current rate), with a flat USD 5 management fee deducted from the payout. You choose the payout currency when you request a withdrawal; the amount is held in CHF and converted at the current rate when the payout is processed. To request a payout, use the "Request withdrawal" button in Invite & Earn. Payouts are processed manually and paid out via bank transfer or the payment method you agree with us by email.
  • Because earnings are credits spent on the platform, spending them never creates a tax event for you; cashing out may have tax implications in your country, which are your responsibility. We do not give tax advice — ask a professional if you are unsure.
  • Share your link anywhere — social media, forums, or directly with friends. You may not spam, misrepresent the service, or use deceptive marketing; abuse results in suspension of the program and forfeiture of unwithdrawn earnings.
  • A friend must actually create an account through your link and complete a wallet top-up for a commission to be earned. You do not earn commission on your own purchases or on purchases made with wallet credit.
