Do you use Uranus, Neptune, or Pluto?

No. We follow the Parāśara system, which works with the nine classical bodies: Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, Saturn, Rāhu, and Ketu. Our primary timing system is Vimśottarī Daśā, the 120‑year planetary period sequence based on the Moon's nakshatra at birth (specifically, the lord of that nakshatra determines the starting sequence). How accurate are the planetary calculations?

We use the Swiss Ephemeris, the same high‑precision astronomical engine used by professional Vedic astrology software. Planetary longitudes are calculated to arc‑second accuracy for any date and location. How your chart is calculated shows the exact pipeline.

What if my birth time is unknown?

Accepted Answer

Start with the free Chart Preview — it only needs your date and place, and it already shows your planets’ signs, lunar mansions, and mutual aspects. When the exact time is unknown, each planet’s position is shown with a 24‑hour range instead of a single degree, and everything that depends on an exact time — the Ascendant, the houses, and sunrise‑based panchanga — is honestly left out rather than guessed.

A full personal reading is still available for a date‑only chart: it covers your signs, nakshatras, aspects, yogas, and Daśā timing without houses, and says plainly what the missing time prevents it from showing.

To unlock the complete chart, use Birth Time Rectification (CHF 9, one‑time per person): provide 3 or more precisely dated life events (5–8 spread across different life areas pin the time much tighter), and the engine realigns the Vimśottarī Daśā sequence against them to recover your true birth time, which is then saved to your profile permanently. How is each report generated?

When you order a report, the system computes your chart data (using Pushya Paksha Ayanamsha), extracts the relevant features for that report type (yogas, dashas, house placements, etc.), and then passes the data to our AI with strict instructions to interpret only according to Parāśara’s rules. What is the difference between the ‘Astrological Foundation’ and ‘Personal Context’ sections in a report?

The Foundation section is a pure, rule‑based interpretation of your chart — no personal story, no bias. The Context section (only if you chose to provide extra details like your occupation or a specific situation) relates those astrological patterns to your real life. They are always kept clearly separated so you can see what comes from the sky and what comes from your story.

Reports are non‑refundable once generated, because they are created instantly and specifically for your data. If you entered incorrect birth data, you can regenerate the same report at 70% off within 24 hours using the correction feature.

How do credits and pricing work?

Reports are priced in Swiss Francs (CHF) and shown in your local currency at checkout. Your wallet balance is always held in CHF.

You can pay per report or top up your wallet in advance. Top‑up packs are rounded to whole CHF and show the discounted price with the original crossed out.

Whichever payment method you choose, you pay the same flat price. Each method has a different processing cost, and the savings from cheaper methods come back to your wallet as cashback credit — the most expensive method simply earns none. When you order a report, we cast a brief Prashna (horary) chart for the exact moment your order was confirmed. A short paragraph, ‘Order Moment Insight’, is included at the start of your report. It describes the energy and auspiciousness of that moment, giving you a glimpse of the cosmic climate surrounding your request. It is a small, free addition – a way to see if the timing of your inquiry is supported. It does not replace a full Prashna reading for a specific question.

One question per report. Every report casts its own Prashna chart for the exact moment it was ordered, so separate questions automatically get separate, clean charts — order each question as its own report.

Technically, Prashna can be applied to any clear, time‑bound question. However, we strongly discourage using this service for gambling, betting, or gaining an unfair advantage in prediction markets. By submitting a Prashna question, you agree that you are not seeking an edge in any zero‑sum financial or competitive activity.

What if I ask the same question again because I didn’t like the answer?

Repeated questions on the same topic usually produce confusing or unclear Prashna charts. The initial answer, when asked sincerely, is the one the cosmos intended. If the situation genuinely changes, you may ask again.

No. Prashna is entirely independent of your natal chart. You don’t need any birth data at all — just a clear question.

Bank transfer is an option at checkout for CHF and EUR orders. We show our receiving details (beneficiary, IBAN, bank) plus a unique reference for your order; send the exact amount shown and include the reference in the transfer's message field. Transfers usually arrive within 1–3 working days and your wallet is credited automatically when the money lands. If the amount shown is a few cents lower than the list price, that is deliberate — each order gets a unique amount so your payment can be matched automatically.
